Best web host to choose for a beginner?

A compare website hosting question

How do you decide which is the best webhosting company around? Website uptime should be 100%, irrespective of traffic, number of hosted websites etc.

Answer:
Deciding on which web host for a beginner is the best can’t be done directly. The best web host is the one who can support your website hosting requirements e.g. amount of diskspace, amount of bandwidth, ftp access, sitebuilder, databases, mailboxes, php, ssh and the like. Customer support and server uptime should also be considered. And most importantly the price. Surely, you don’t want to waste your money on unreliable web host. There are lots of reliable web hosts out there that offer outstanding hosting service package at an affordable rate.

If you are looking for the best web host with an affordable hosting plan rate, why not try Fatcow. If you need an “unlimited” hosting package, we highly recommend you go with Fatcow. Well technically no website has the up time of 100%. They follow 5-9 rule, which says it has to be at least 99.999% up.

The one that I am using which works very nicely is http://www.dh2.net/?cifmh=1113360. It’s pretty cheap, cheap to register a domain with a plan as well, and offer great up time.
